Short Description

Team access helps the right people see the right project work. You can invite users to a project and set their role as foreman or worker.

For people who do not need an account, the project can still keep manual staff records with name, phone, and comments. This is useful for subcontractors, temporary workers, or contacts you only need to reference.

The Team page shows workspace members, while each project keeps the people connected to that specific site.

Quick Guide

1. Go to Projects.
2. Open the required project.
3. Select Staff.
4. Invite a member by email.
5. Choose the member role.
6. Add manual workers if they do not need account access.
7. Update or remove staff records when the team changes.

Practical Use Case

A foreman invites an electrician to the project and adds a manual record for a temporary demolition worker with phone number and notes.
