# Refund Policy for BrigadeMate
Effective Date: 20 January 2026
## 1. Web Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your web purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
Refund requests can be submitted by contacting support at support@brigademate.com.
Refunds for web purchases are processed through Paddle and may take several business days to appear on your account or original payment method.
If you believe you were charged in error, were charged twice, or experienced a technical issue affecting the purchase, include the purchase email, purchase date, and any available receipt details when contacting support.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless a refund is approved or required by applicable law.
## 2. Mobile App Store Purchases
For purchases made through mobile app stores, including Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly through the relevant app store.
