# Content Policy for BrigadeMate
Effective Date: 20 January 2026
## 1. Overview
This Content Policy explains what content is allowed in BrigadeMate and what is prohibited. "Content" includes any data users enter or upload in the app.

## 2. Allowed Content
The app is intended for project work and collaboration. Users may add:
- project data (descriptions, deadlines, budgets, and similar);
- contact details of participants and clients (name, email, phone);
- tasks, materials, tools, and work logs;
- chat messages and system notes;
- photos attached to materials, tasks, and projects;
- keys/custom fields.
## 3. Prohibited Content
You may not post or transmit content that:
- violates laws or third-party rights;
- includes personal data of third parties without consent;
- is fraudulent, misleading, or used for phishing;
- contains malicious code or promotes unlawful activity;
- is spam, mass messaging, or unrelated advertising;
- is obscene, extremist, hateful, or discriminatory;
- violates App Store/Google Play policies or third-party service rules.
## 4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to use and share it.
## 5. Moderation and Removal
The operator may remove content if there is reason to believe it violates this policy or the law. Automated moderation is not implemented in the current version.
## 6. Reports and Complaints
If you find content that violates this policy, contact the operator: brigademate@gmail.com.
## 7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The new version becomes effective on the publication date.
