# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the operator of BrigadeMate.

## 1. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

## 2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- use the app for unlawful purposes.

## 3. Ownership
The app and all related intellectual property are owned by the operator.

## 4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. The operator may terminate it if you breach these terms.

## 5. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

## 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

## 7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova and the courts of Chisinau.

## 8. Changes
We may update this EULA. The new version becomes effective on the publication date.
