Quotes are used before execution.

Use a quote when you need to:

- prepare tasks and materials before starting a project
- calculate estimate totals
- review client-facing work scope
- export PDF on supported plans

Typical flow:

1. Create a quote.
2. Add tasks and materials.
3. Review estimate total.
4. Approve internally or with the client.
5. Move to project execution when work starts.
